They are strong, but not indestructible. Just like a watch or phone, depends on the model, it can be damaged if dropped. Take care when changing and putting your earrings away. Concrete strengthens over time. Water and moisture actually make it stronger, so it's safe to wear in the rain or in the shower. However the metal part of the earrings can be affected by moisture, please follow the care instructions.
